At Good Giggles Delivery, we take pride in providing quality products and professional service. Due to the nature of cannabis products, all sales are final, subject to the limited exceptions outlined below.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for cannabis products once they have been delivered, except in cases where there is a verified issue with the product.
This policy helps ensure product integrity, safety, and fairness for all customers.
Eligible Return Situations
A return may be considered only if:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery
The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging
Returns that do not meet all of the above criteria will not be accepted.
How to Report an Issue
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear details of the issue
Be prepared to provide photos or additional information if requested
Failure to report an issue within this time frame will result in the order being considered final.
Return Process
If your return request is approved:

Returned products must be unused and in original condition
We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing any resolution
Refunds or Replacements
If a return is approved, resolution may include:

Store credit
A refund, issued at our discretion
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Preference-related reasons
Products that have been opened, used, or altered
Orders reported after the 24-hour window
Final Decision
